Returns

You can request a return within 14 days of receiving your item. To be eligible, the item must be unused, in the same condition you received it, and in its original packaging. You will also need your order number or proof of purchase.

To start a return, sign in to your customer account and select the order, or email us at choudrybilal9000@gmail.com. Please contact us before sending anything back so we can give you the correct return instructions. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Makeup brushes and beauty items

For hygiene reasons, makeup brushes and beauty items that have been used cannot be returned. Unused items in their original packaging can be returned within 14 days.

Damaged, defective or wrong items

Please check your order when it arrives. If an item is damaged, defective or not what you ordered, contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo, and we will send a replacement or give you a full refund.

Non-returnable items

Used beauty and personal care items, custom or personalized products, and gift cards cannot be returned.

Exchanges

The fastest way to get a different item is to return the one you have and, once the return is accepted, place a new order.

Refunds

We will email you once we have received and inspected your return and let you know whether the refund is approved. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or card provider may take a few extra days to post the refund.
